Tod is in the kitchen. Carlos Emilio is behind the bar. Our goal is as simple as it is challenging: to make your event, however big or small, an event to remember. Both of us are firm believers in using the best ingredients to create both our dishes and drinks. We don’t cut corners. We strive for the best. Attention to detail is paramount. Every dish that comes out of the kitchen, and every drink made behind the bar is a reflection of us and the pride we take in what we love to do.
